When using the Edit Control to rotate an object, holding down the Shift Key has no effect. The object still rotates, not the view.

I’m scared to change this. I’m worried I’ll break something.
To be honest, I forgot 3DC 7 even did this.
I’ll have a look to see if it is something I can do without breaking things.
In the mean time, the center mouse button does the job too.
