A couple of extra options on the last tab.
1) Vertical offset for origin (-0.05 for MSTS, 0.0 for RS/MSTS2 etc)
2) Improved flange profile (and a lot more polys)
NOTE : Rim texturing can be achieved using the Ctrl+Alt face selection by material.
