Unrecoverable Error when loading old 3DC model

I get a #3265 error when I try to load an old model for editing.
Probably created in old 3DC version and trying to open now in 7.1.2.
Searching here seems to indicate it can’t find some folder but no idea what I should create or where.

Any help appreciated.
