I think this is fixed for the next release. I have seen this before, but thought I had fixed it. But, maybe the fix isn’t in the currently released version. I also wonder if there might be problems related to individual systems.
When undocking the panel mouse movements are initially constrained by the main window, how to let go of the panel and select it again to be able to move it to a different part of my screen.
When releasing mouse button after undocking I have a selection going on in the main view port, have to right click to make it go away.
