Normally the computer remembers your key – just uninstall (I suggest both 3dc and upgrade) from control panel (I also think it is a good idea to shut down and restart at this point) sometimes helps to delete the 3dc folder (don’t forget to backup any thing that you want to keep from it – textures, etc) and reinstall <!– s:) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt="

Thank you for your reply. But the install package is exactly what i am missing. If I try to start 3DC it immediately goes to andquot;3DC preparing to install, gathering information, then i get a message telling me that the install package is missing andquot;3DC.msiandquot;.
One option would be to remove 3DC all together, reload the base package and if my keycode is still valid i could run the upgrade procedure the same as i did when i purchased 3DC. Is my key code still valid or is it a one shot deal? and a new code would be required?.
