Thanks for the tips.
I was going to try paint.net + a plugin for normal map.
I’m going to install crazybump and see what it does.

Hello,

ToACE has only one file as input.

To convert a texture with alpha, one can give a tga or png file as input.
But when a normal map is to be added, how to convert a texture with texture + alpha + normal map or texture + normal map?

normal maps are separate textures that should be converted as ARGB8888.

Take a look at the crazybump tool for creating them from greyscale height maps.
