spare bytes, rams and recreate textures

HY ;D

I had some problem with rams and bytes of model maded and textured

Textures:
I think you have all seen that for some reason when you want texture and color on a model, when it’s exported in x or any other format only the textue is showed
so here is the tip for this problem:
problem:

you have a texture of blonde hair you want to make brown
solution:
1 andnbsp;create a new scene
2 andnbsp;drag a cube in the empty ness
3 andnbsp;optiopnal:
andnbsp; andnbsp;divide the cube once if you want that texture on the
andnbsp; andnbsp;show less litle details and more greater details
4 andnbsp;select a color on brown more to the orange
andnbsp; andnbsp;but not orange
5 andnbsp;select the texture (blond hair)
6 andnbsp;with the pencil select the face / faces to textured this
andnbsp; andnbsp;way
7 andnbsp;select an ortografical view where you see this texure
8 andnbsp;on the key board you will above insert a touch: andquot;print screen andquot; select this
9 andnbsp;start a paint program paste(crtl+v) it there,
andnbsp; andnbsp; select the part you wants to keep and arrange the
andnbsp; andnbsp; size to 256*256 or 512*512
10 here is the texture you want to have when
andnbsp; andnbsp; conclusion
andnbsp; andnbsp; the cube you textured first in x will be blond heir
andnbsp; andnbsp; the second object in x will have brown hair

Spare bytes and rams:
Here is some tip in order to spare your ram units and has less space used by your model on your hard drive

use minimum 5 texture or colors
1 andnbsp;for example create with the lathe tool any kind of complex object , which will have on each face an other texture or color then export this in x format andnbsp;this is for example 1055 bytes (with no animation )

2 andnbsp;create a new scene and import the object x you created. create for this object a large animation and eport this to anothyer x format which will have for example 2055 bytes

3 open the first scene 1 and create the same animation you will see if you don’t have much rams that the computer will be slower than in 2
if you export this in x format this has for example 3210 bytes

the conclusion is yours to decide what you are doing
