Shape failed to export

I get a ‘Failed to export….call Amabilis support’ error message when I try to export an MSTS ‘S’ file from version 7.1.2.

If I deselect ‘Export Textures’ the file exports OK sans textures.

When I installed 3DCP, I selected the location of ‘Train Simulator/Utilities’

Is there any solution to this problem?
