Shadows!

There are different topics around here and on other forums about shadows in RS.
After fixing the exporter and the ability to name objects it is possible to get shadows in the game.
But how to make a good working shadow? How should they be modelled in 3DC? I got gaps, whatever I am trying. (crease etc..) In the topic ‘objects with shadows’ Bremen found a solution. Is it possible to share it with me and others?
