runtime-error 713

found out the fix for many different bugs

i had win vista sp2 and so i assumed that windows had sp1 installed too….

it seems microsoft update didnt install sp1 it skipped it and installed sp2 so if your having a bunch of different errors this could be the problem it fixed many errors not only the 713 error

How can i fix this error?
