Nekar,
I think I would try creating the letters out of a primitive object(cube, or ?), then use the bevel feature on the faces for the raised look, and the crease feature for smoothing the edges somewhat. If you use the smooth operation it will round all the edges, and I think, not give you the effects you are looking for. Using a primitive would allow you to get a andquot;Jandquot; that is closer to what you have in the picture, I believe.
Also, I haven’t tried this so I don’t really know if it’s possible, but you could try creating two(2) different objects with the word andquot;Printandquot;, out of the text feature, place them one above the other, then try using the andquot;create edgeandquot; operation to join the two objects for a 3D effect.
I’ve tried increasing the depth of letters of text, with no luck so far(this could be due to problems with my vidcard, don’t know).
At any rate, I would be interested in seeing how your work turns out, no matter which methods you use.

I’ve done this logo for the company I work for with CorelDraw. But I’d like to re-do it in 3d. Does anyone know how I can do the text?

I forgot 3dC can do height-maps. I think that would give me the best results.
Thanks!

That’s going to be really tricky. You could try using a height-map. That would be my first choice.
