roads and cars _ traffic

Has anyone managed to build any cars etc and roads in 3DCrafter as yet.
Could someone maybe do us a How to, with examples if possible.
I have a few cars done, but in railworks when moving down the example road, it looks like my bus is doing a wheele or something, Bus ballet dancing maybe…
Any help would be great thanks.
