Railworks export

BFM, yes I updated to the next (latest build) and have both exporters.

LODS options appear ok, Using vista

I have now installed vers 8.1.6 build 1378 and having deleted all older versions except 7.1.2
I am still a little confused.
Have we now just gone back to one only IGS exporter and not two as before.
Also I assume the Traim Sim Wizard is a work in progress, why is it that we can not just change the path to the sim we are using and use the wizard for both rail sim or railworks. Its so nice to have all the textures etc export and stay together in one spot.

you assume that I still have Rail Simulator installed on my System.
And also I do not have Railworks installed in what can be considered a default path, so sure having the ability to set the save path would be good for everyone.

My copy of 3DC has to be special… because when i delete it and reinstall it and run the wizard for the first time it says: ‘bremen where is your RS installation?’ And i say: ‘Dear 3DC Wizard.. i have deleted RS 10 months ago and the dir where you can find RW is this’.
A drop down box appair and i choose the specific dir where is Railworks.

In this last 2 weeks i have done this at least 8 times with all the ‘beta build’ of the 8.1.x version <!– s:D –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_biggrin.gif" alt="" title="Very Happy" /><!– s:D –>

I have also installed 8.1.6. However, I do have two IGS exporter plug-ins – one has (alternative) in parenthesis. But I still have the problem that the LOD options are black so I cannot read what the three options are. I am using XP.

yes bremen but you miss the point, you should be able to run both or either in what ever format you want. And just have the wizard place the files for you.
Its not really a wizard if you have to move files afterwards now is it.
