Hi Folks,
Has anyone made a cheat sheet or tutorial on how to create a steam locomotive for Railworks ??? I’m not looking for how to build a 3DC model from scratch – but – more from the standpoint of an experienced modeler who can successfully build MSTS models – withthe explicit details needed to export/convert to Railworks ???

If you are an experienced MSTS modeler that is brand new to railworks, I suggest you start with these very basic tutorials on how to create engines and wagons for RW. After doing these, you can review some existing engine.bin files using RW_Tools and see how the models are put together.
Download these files and then read sections 9.01 and 9.02 on how to create an engine and a wagon.

Are you aware that there is an application that will convert your existing MSTS S file to a 3DS file so that you can load it directly into 3DC and then export it to Railworks?
