Hi,
Richard is helping me out with the custom LOD issue I’m having… His last response was as follows…
[quote:2jayxz5u]"The answer turned out to be quite simple. It was the “Rail Sim” group field was not filled in correctly. It was “Main” for all three distance levels. When I changed it to “Main.100” for the Main.100 group and “Main.200” for the Main.200 group, it worked correctly."[/quote:2jayxz5u]
My model hierarchy contained "Main", "Main.100" and "Main.200" – where is the "Rail Sim Group Field" that he is talking about ??? I can’t seem to find it…
Appreciate the help…

Click on the "Group" in the hierarchy, then click on the "Component Properties" tab.
I think maybe you ran the Train Simulator Wizard at some point on this model, and it created the "Rail Sim" field for groups. I think you can alternatively delete the "Rail Sim" custom group field using "File->Properties. I’m not 100% certain that will work, but, probably.

You’ll need to add this "Group" custom field, and then set the values correctly (basically the group names). Only for the "roots" of each LOD
