Program Initialization Fails

Probably DAO360.DLL is not properly registered. It can be registered using REGSVR32.EXE. To do this search your computer for ‘REGSVR32.EXE’ and ‘DAO360.DLL’. Then open a command prompt and enter ‘pathREGSVR32 pathDAO360.DLL’. You should get a response of ‘registered’ or something similar.

I’ve been running 6.5.1.0 on my laptop with no problem. I went to d/l the latest upgrades, and of course, did as instructed and uninstalled the current version. After the installation, I tried to start the program and got the error91 message which says something about a Windows data access componant which would be fixed if I install WinXP SP2.

The problem is I’ve installed that months ago. I ran Windows Update and it says nothing is needed.

What do I do??

Regards,
Hank

Uninstall, remove everything related to 3DC from windows registry, reinstall.
