Problems with export

As far as the INSIDE… Shape file goes… You must have indicated that you want a passenger view in the wizard. When you do this, the wizard asls you to identify the placeholder object for the view and includes the basic code for the passenger view in the shape file. What it does not do is to create the shape file that shows the actual passenger view. You will need to create that one separately, export it and put it in your carriage directory.
I found this out by accident too, as there was no detailed help on this feature… maybe a hint for a tutorial andnbsp; <!– s;) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!– s;) –> <!– s;) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!– s;) –> <!– s;) –><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" /><!– s;) –>

Hi Guys , Realy hope you can help with this (I’m Stuck)

A little while ago , I posted a message the the train sim wizard would not eport textures, I have formatted my Hard Disk , and reinstalled windows / Direct x8.1b and 3dcPro.

The problem did not go away , but stayed the same .

I was however not to bothered by this as I can use TGATOOL to export tecxtures – However I have just come to build a pasenger cariage and not only do textures not export but I get a message in train sim that it cant find INSIDECARRIAGE.S, Any ideas gratefully accepted.

Thanks in advance

Jason

Thanks very much guys.

I have changed inside…….. to the name of the carriage and all is well!!.

Thanks for the help. ;D

Jason

Jason,

If you have put the placeholder for the passenger view inside your carriage then you can try changing the line INSIDECARRIAGE.S to the name of your carriages .s file.
