Primitives not showing up/Screen turns black

Primitives not showing up on grid, however the properties info tab shows that the group is there. On top of that after opening the property info tab the grid disappears.
I have 3D Crafter running on Windows 7. The only thing different since the last successful run is I believe my DirectX was upgraded to 11 when RailWorks upgraded.
Please someone help!

Sorry for the delay. Have you had any luck?

The first thing I normally recommend is to uninstall/re-install.
