Yes, but just the feet…it served the purpose for what I needed, I didn’t need further animation ability.

As if you couldn’t tell, body I was happy with, the wings were great until 3DC crashed and I had to do them again, neck is just too long…don’t know how to fix that:)

If your neck is made of cylindrical sections, you can select the faces in a particular cylindar and shrink them towards the body.

If you don’t understand what I mean you could post a low res or wire frame of the neck section and I’ll see if my idea works.
