It sounds like you need to enter the ‘upgrade’ license code and then enter the ‘plus’ license code when prompted.

migrated to a new pc, loaded 3DC upgraded it with my plus licence number, did the download, then I wanted to upgrade it to pro and it wont accept the licence number says something about i’m trying to enter an upgrade number what is the number of the product I want to upgrade. I have also tried to do it from freeware directly to pro but same story????
any help appreciated

EDIT, CANT SEE THE FORREST FOR THE TREES just sorted it sdorry about the post and cap lock
