Missing version serial number?

I already own an older version of 3D Canavas which I pruchased a whiiiileee back. I just bought an upgrade to 6.0 PRO version and when I entered the new serial in, it says it loads up another window and says i need to enter another serial for the previous version – which i dont have no more. Is there anything I can do about this cause I’m now left with an upgrade and cant do anything with it.

Hmmm… Yes, version 6.0.2.4 has left me very unhappy with the product.

I have already brought this to Richard’s attention. andnbsp;I have been a steady user of 3DC Pro from the beginning and this same action happened when I tried to install Version 6.0.2.4. andnbsp;Fortunately I always do a trial installation on my CPU connected to the internet before I upgrade my work CPU so I still have 5.7A Pro and 6.0.0.1 Pro on that machine. andnbsp;I imagine that Richard will come up with some kind of solution for us soon so that we can upgrade to the latest version. I think the best approach is to have patience. andnbsp;There are probably others in the same situation but they may not have tried to upgrade yet.

All you need to do is contact me (<!– e –><a href="mailto:support@amabilis.com">support@amabilis.com</a><!– e –>) to provide you with your original license code if you have lost it.

This is how most andquot;upgradesandquot; work. You have to provide the original CD or license code to upgrade. It just hasn’t be required in the past with 3DC, but it was necessary to add this for 6.0.2.0+.

Thanks for the prompt response! I got it working again and I can get back to 3DC modelling on my new p4. 3.06ghz 1gig DDR system!! andnbsp;;D andnbsp;;D
