I finally got to testing this. I had to reformat my hard drive in order to revert to version 6.5.0.2.
Everything worked fine for me when I followed the tutorial instructions.

Has anyone managed to get the lights working as described in the MSTS tutorial in 3DC??

It’s the MSTrain Simulator tutorial and specifically the one about adding lights to the loco model.
I can add the lights OK in 3DC but they do not showup in the sim.
I have to tweak the ENG file for it to work but I wondered if anyone had got the lights to work straight from the tutorial

It definitely used to work when I wrote the tutorial. What did you need to change in the Eng file?
