I run a message board on other regions of the internet. I periodically put out a cartoon strip, sort of an evolved 3D Southpark meets … well, whatever.

I almost feel a little sheepish putting up a hastily constructed toon strip among what I see here as huge talent, but then, I’m more of a humorist than an artist.

Anyway, each of my characters are constructed with bones so I can move them around quickly in new scenes. Backgrounds are usually a modified cube with a jpg plastered onto it using texture. This one was my first 3DC project, after having learned a little in a couple of other modeling programs. As you might note, I was having a little trouble with skin/bones sync here, but got it solved later.

If the link is broken, my apologies, my hotlinking site is occasionally down these days

another. This one was made in 3D studio Max, version I forget. The guy that owned the program moved, damn his eyes.

But so far, I’m pretty happy with 3DC, it doesn’t have as many functions, but for the price, can’t beat it with a stick figure.

A very nice start to your 3D modelling career.

Well the modeling might not be up to pixars standard but I like the humor.

I appreciate that. Nope, not really high grade stuff, not sure if I have the attention span for that. But I do have fun with it.

As long as your enjoying what your doing. Thats what it’s all about.
