I need 3DC to do something!

Thanks for the help guys <!– s:) –><!– s:) –>
Appreciate it…

The vector conversion from 3d to 2d looks exactly like it is still 3d.

I would import gifs… But you can’t beat the vectors.

I will try both programs [glow=green,2,500]TKS![/glow]

I have just discovered a EXCELLENT program for Flash…
It creates 2d rendered animation from 3d objects into vector format SWF(flash)… ;D
I need it!! ]:(

<!– m –>http://www.swift3d.com/<!– m –>

Here’s the scoop…
It will support animated 3d objects but only in 3ds!!!!!
I can use Amabalis to create animated .x files but [glow=red,2,300]try as I might every where I turn I cannot convert 3dc into 3ds animation.[/glow]
[i:3l260u50][b:3l260u50]But WHY would I go out and buy 3d Studio MAX when the conversion does not allow for meshes?[/b:3l260u50][/i:3l260u50]
A 3ds image will work… but not with animation :'(

[i:3l260u50]How can I convert a 3dc animation into a 3ds animation using any converters[/i:3l260u50]

[glow=red,2,300][b:3l260u50]Please Help!!![/b:3l260u50][/glow]

I use 3dc mostly for DBv1.13

You might want to look at anfy3d ([img:1x74yp1g]http://www.anfyteam.com[/img:1x74yp1g]
<!– m –>http://www.anfyteam.com<!– m –>
) – this might do what swift3d does but cheaper ? It is not a converter but a 3d version of flash (I think).

I don’t know what you are after – but it [i:1x74yp1g]might[/i:1x74yp1g] work ….

I have just checked their site BUT the link to anfy3d is down – I have reported this to them so it should be up again andquot;soonandquot; (there are some examples of what it does though….)

You could try 3D Exploration.

Richard

I guess I will have to get the school version of 3dsMAX
*andamp;^*

[b:2di8cslo][i:2di8cslo]I can’t find a program that will convert .x animations into 3ds animations.[/i:2di8cslo][/b:2di8cslo]

[shadow=red,left,300]There must be something else… Or I may have to go to 3ds Max…
[/shadow]

[i:2di8cslo]I have been using alot of my time trying to learn Amabilis well… <!– s:oops: –><!– s:oops: –>[/i:2di8cslo]

But like I said, the Flash interpreter won’t use anything fancy from the 3ds Max program… not even meshes are supported.
So it would be alot of money, for a simple conversion kit. :-/

Does it only accept 3DS animations? If so you may be able to find a program that will convert DirectX format to 3DS. 3DC does export animation information to the DirectX format.

Richard

I mean that a 3ds animation will work but 3DC will not convert into 3ds animations only static!

Any work around???
