Height of panels vs main window (Resolved for 8.1)

I have something that I think works pretty well. It will be in the next release.

Height of panels follow height of main window even when undocked. Bit annoying when the second monitor is smaller than the main monitor.

I hadn’t thought of that. I have a dual monitor setup now, and I’ll do some experimenting to see if I can think of something.
