How to export a building with windows with night texture ?
I think we have to export 2 objects together :
the building and the windows with the night texture and the Tex shader.
How to do that operation ?
The name for the windows must be for example 1_1000_fx_night. Are this name kept by the exportation and going to the right place in KRS ?

You don’t need to have 2 separate objects. The window just need to be created as a specific face on which you apply the proper shader.
As written in the tutorial (‘tutorials – Rail simulator Basics’ in 3DC last version), you shouldn’t take care of names for LOD. It is processed by the plugin. I don’t know about night effect.
