error #91 when installing on Vista 32

I have installed 8.1.3 on a vista 32Bit,
but everytime I try to start the program,
I’m getting error #91, which directs me to
something about XP with SP2 ?
Please help

Try uninstalling, removing all folders and re-installing. Error 91 usually means it was installed over the top of an older version.
