Error #91: Possible solution…?

I have discovered that the main problem may be that the files aren’t all being installed.
I have the solution:
Someone should make a program that finds the files and installs them, and instead of using the default installer, this should work.
Maybe YOU, Reading this from your chair or couch, maybe YOU should try this.
’cause I don’t know ANYTHING about programming programs.

I’m making progress on this and narrowing down the cause. It looks like it is not the result of missing files.
