error 372

I recently upgraded from Crafter 8 Pro to Crafter 9.1 Pro. Program installed without problem but when I start the program I get an ‘unrecoverable error’ message after the splash screen appears,. The indicated error is 372 if I start the program as administrator and error 91 if I start normally. In the case of the error 91, I receive a second message which says ‘object variable or with block variable not set’. Crafter 8.2 is working normally. I have tried un-installing and re-installing several times, but no joy. My OS is Windows 7, (64). The 3DInitialize log ends with the line ‘763 Scene graph created’.

This seems to be related to a problem a number of people are having with Windows 7-64 bit. I’m working on it right now, but with no luck so far.

I was wondering if any progress is being made on fixing the problem which results in the error 372 or 91 when attempting to launch the program with the Windows 7 (64) OS. Its a bit frustrating to have upgraded to the new version 9.1 and not be able to use it. I sent the log file to Support some weeks ago.
