Drag and drop scroll in hierarchy window

Another suggestion for this area:

-Expand all groups
-Collapse all groups

With the drag andamp; drop interface in the scene hierarchy window, it would be useful if the listbox would scroll when dragging outside (or near the top) of the listbox extents. This way, one can move an object/group to a group higher in the list (that is not currently visible), without explicitly cutting, selecting the parent group then right-click: edit-]paste.

This is what Windows Explorer does, for example, when one is dragging a file to another place in the window: when the file is dragged near the top of the window, the window scrolls to show a portion of the contents above the currently visible region.
