Disappearing objects (in Railworks)

Does anyone who knows Railworks have any ideas?

Affects: Version 8.x.x.x, all. Version 7 is not affected.

Problem: Objects (or assets) exported to Railworks railroad simulator disappear when viewed from certain angles, namely when peering around the side of the object or standing close to the object and looking up.

Steps Taken to Remediate:
– Moved object centers around – causes point of vanishing to move.
– Placed object center outside of asset – does not completely remove the problem.
– Used different version of 3DC-8 – all version that I have tried (8.1.3, 8.1.5, 8.1.7, 8.2) have this bug.
– Updated graphics cards drivers and changed visual acuity setting in Railworks – no change in vanishing.
– Changed OS environments from Windows 7 x64 to Windows Vista x84 – no change in vanishing.
– Emailed problem to Amabilis support (x2) – no answer.
– Posted in several Rail-related forums and Amabilis forums – no answer as of yet.

Other notes:
This happens to mostly large objects, although smaller ones (tank 15x40x15) have been affected. To be sure that this was a 3DC problem and not one with Railworks, I switched to 3DC version 7.1.1.2, and all exports, no matter what the size, appear correctly in Railworks without flickering or vanishing.

Update: Amabilis support has answered this (just got the email this morning) and said they will be looking into the issue on the next update cycle.

I believe this is resolved.
