Create Face problem

I’m using 3D Crafter 8.2.7 with Decapods latest plugins.

I created a tree in 3DC 7.1.2 using the "create face" tool but due to the old exporter it wouldn’t rotate in RW. I exported the model to 3D Crafter 8.2.7 and then expoted it to RW and it rotated to face the train ok but I could not select it.

I then decided to make the same model from scratch in 3DC 8.2.7 and when I attempted to use the "Create face" tool I got the message "Shapes not Supported by this Plugin".

Is this a problem or has Decapod stopped supporting shapes either temporarily or permanently?

The plugin works fine in 8.2.7 build 1121, if you are getting that error message, it indicates that you currently have a shape selected. You can’t have a shape selected and run the plugin at the same time.

As for the problems you are having in railworks, this should not be related to the tree, more likely there is something not right in your blueprint.
You could try moving the axis on your tree to 0.0.0 in 3DC, but doubt thats what the problem is.

Make sure your Blueprint has Pickable set to TRUE.

If your stuck and need a second pair eyes to have a look, please feel free to contact me or send me the problem tree.
