I looked into it more, and found that works as it is supposed to. I just forgot how it is supposed to work and thought I had a bug.
The idea is after you make your selection, you right-drag to the location you want to copy/move. Then it asks you if this is a move or copy. It worked in my tests today with 6.0.2.4.

Sorry about that. This seems to be a bug. I’ll be putting out a fix for this sometime late next week.
