The parameters I’ve used here are resonably generic for UK buffers – anyone have comments or ideas for US/European models ?

Cool, but if you want options for the European buffers, consider the andquot;rounded rectangleandquot; instead of the round shape for the head .Passenger cars use even another base shape for the head (here the rectangle has a longer side on the bottom than on the top). For all standard freight cars, this is GREAT… Thanks Paul !!

a Small andquot;bugandquot; with this plugin…
The Rear buffer heads are built inside out.
Select the head object and run the Invert Object operation to fix this.
(I’ll have a patch and update shortly)
