Another one coming soon in the Engineer series…

The parameters I’ve used here are resonably generic for UK buffers – anyone have comments or ideas for US/European models ?

square base plate only at the moment – A round one would be an option for the next version.

Beta version now available at [img:27z9olyh]http://www.highworth.freeuk.com,[/img:27z9olyh]

under the andquot;MSTS and 3DC utilitiesandquot; section, from the menu on the left.

Cool, but if you want options for the European buffers, consider the andquot;rounded rectangleandquot; instead of the round shape for the head .Passenger cars use even another base shape for the head (here the rectangle has a longer side on the bottom than on the top). For all standard freight cars, this is GREAT… Thanks Paul !!

a Small andquot;bugandquot; with this plugin…

The Rear buffer heads are built inside out.

Select the head object and run the Invert Object operation to fix this.

(I’ll have a patch and update shortly)
