Ah…I tried that and see what it means now. Had a feeling the answer was right in front of me. Thanks for the help. Greatly appreciated!

I remember reading somewhere, and now I cannot find it concerning using a ‘AlphaNorm’ or ‘TransNorm’ texture settings in 3DC. Is there a ‘switch’ or something to change a parts’ texture from AlphaNorm to Trans or vice-versa like you can in TSM? Looked in the help files and read some forum posts. I see alot of shape file hacks about this. Somewhat confused about it. Could someone give me a ‘shove’ in the right direction on having the option for Alpha’d textures and their type settings? Thanks!!

This is handled automajically by 3DC based on the Transluceny setting.
When Translucency = 0, 3DC uses one of the TransXXX textures.
When Translucency = 1 or 2, it uses the AlphaXXX textures.
