3DC v8.2: In animation mode, shape hidden by blue dots pre

If the sphere is a in *.X file, could it be possible please to have a file with a smaller version of the sphere?

It would be an easy workaround while waiting for some final solution.

Hello,

I’m trying to animate a speed counter with a translating tape (1st image, on the left. It’s a 4 points face 0.0413m x 1.0363m).

When reaching 90 (9th animation keyframe from a total of 17), the image is hidden by blue dots.
It doesn’t seem possible not to have the blue dots (spheres) displayed.
So I setting keyframes behond 90 is somewhat random.

Another example, trying to create a needle animation on a counter.
All the digits are hidden by a red sphere.

There’s a button on the top toolbar to turn off animation paths. That will turn off the blue dots, as far as I can recall.

Yes, I didn’t know of this button.

Case closed.
