Unfortunately, it’s a Windows thing. Something is missing that only a re-install can fix. So, I’d suggest uninstalling and then re-installing.

In spite of the fact the 3DCP has been installed for heaven knows how long, when I try to start the program it wants to reinstall itself now every time I turn the computer on.
And, of course, the the install programs are long gone, and the dialog can’t find them, and the program doesn’t open even though it is clearly in the directory the EXE was placed by the orginal install.
What’s up?
