3DC has just stopped working !

Hmmm this suddenly started happening to me too. Why does this ‘fix’ it? What is the culprit? I have a lot of goodies in that subdirectory and I want to have most of them back without re-creating the problem.

Big problems. 3DC has just suddenly stopped working for me for no apparent reason. I’m still using 6.0.5.7 and I can’t even get it to run in compatability mode. I am running the latest Catalyst 5.6 drivers for my ATI Radeon X800 Pro card and I still get ‘runtime’ error #5, invalid procedure call or argument.

I’ve fixed the problem. I had to also delete the installed 3DC media folder found in My Documents.

I had apparently caused the problem by loading a high poly model into the object libary and forgot to delete it prior to running 3DC again. It must have proved too much for it to cope with.

I just got the same problem.

After reading your 2nd post, I just removed the contents of ‘…Mes documents3DC’ to solve the problem.
