3D Canvas Requires Windows Script to be Installed

Hi,
I have 3D Canvas 7.1.2 Pro installed on my Windows 7 64 bit system.
When I try to start the program I get the error message \”3D Canvas Requires Microsoft Windows Script to be Installed\”
wscript and cscript are present and active in the System32 and syswow64 folders.
I tried 3D Crafter 9 which displayed the same problem.

From a console window if you type: cscript what version do you see?

OK, then it seems like the script engine is there and correct version.

I hope someone else can chime in here with some suggestions.
