exporting to .X

You could also try Right Hemisphere’s andquot;Deep Explorationandquot;. It has a good DirectX importer that will show you the animation for the object.

To correct the crashing problem I would look at getting new drivers for your video card. Be sure they are WHQL certified.

Thanks,
I’m downloading the demo now. <!– s;) –><!– s;) –>

Are you saying that old drivers could be responsible for my exporting problems?
– I think the drivers are still DX7 now you come to mention it. andnbsp;
I will look into this as well and let you know.

Thank you.

Hi again,
the saga continues…

I’ve loaded the model into Deep Exploration and it is pretty much the same as it is in DBPro. (See enclosed picture).
This must mean that the model itself isn’t exporting correctly.

I’ve tried downloading the driver for my ATI card but the driver that matches my card won’t install on my 3rd party (unknown make) Geeforce2 card. It just says andquot; Not compatible with this cardandquot; and doesn’t install, so I’m screwed there.
:'(
Is there anything else I can try, save buying a new Gfx card? I.E: Anything in the enclosed picture’s text that you might notice isn’t right?

Cheers

Can you send me the model? (<!– e –>submissions@amabilis.com<!– e –>). Be sure to include any textures.

Richard
