Cannot get Edge Loop to work.
When I right click on an edge, Edge Loop stays grayed out.
In version 7 it worked like this.

Or has something changed in version 8.?

Hi Scott,
With Edge Loop you can easily select all the edges around a cylinder.
Right click on one of the edges and select/Edge Loop.
See example below

After that, highlight one of the selected edges, right click and select/Faces.
All the faces surrounding the selected edge loop, will be selected.
This is handy to texture the wheel rim.
See next example below

yes well I have been doing points and edges the hard way as well, now where in the manual does it tell us about those neat little functions. The select points etc are totally useful. Not sure why the edge ones not working, but lets hope that its fixed as I can see a heap uses for that.
