OK lets try again Smile......

this weeks competition is

something you could find in the garden

your mission, should you wish to accept it, is to model something that you could find in a garden (eg. worm, plant, shed, hover, roller, pool, grass)

time limit for model is 2 hours ! (please post your times with model - )

Post your entries, wips, comments in this thread.

External renders are ok - (please state render engine used)

Please try to enter - I am sure we can all find 2 hours over the next few weeks ?

Challenge set to end on 10th July - remember two hours max per model

Some grass and trees, a brick wall and a shed.
Total time 2 Hours 36 mins 12 secs. Smile

Does the 2 hours include everything including the time to produce the render and tweek the textures?
Modelling time was about 1 hour 50 mins.

Could do with some more weeds and I forgot the door handle on the shed. Smile

Nice work there Bazza. Providing the modelling is below the 2 hour limit then all is fine - any chance you can show an untextures (wire) version ?

I'm giving away all my little secrets with this shot. Smile
Orange is the backdrop (half a cyliner)
Green is the grass
Yellow the shed
Blue the wall
White and grey the trees and plants (just crossed planes with a .png texture applied)

Well I've left my attempt to the last day, never could work without deadlines Smile

Found this picture on web of a wheelbarrow planter and had a go at that - about 20 mins to model.

Yeah - obviously only a few people are interested in these challenges - or maybe trying to find less than two hours over a (nearly) 3 week period is just too much....

Thanks for taking part Bazza and Doodler.

I think I am going to have a few weeks away from this forum .... recharge my batteries, etc.
Good luck to all.
