Does anyone know of a quick way to stop POVray from rendering both sides of a face, causing them to interfere?

Paul,
I've never had this particular problem, but you may be able to find some answers in the following section of the Pov Help files; Section "6.5.6 Constructive Solid Geometry". And also; Section "6.5.6.1 Inside and Outside". These might be a starting point to solving your problem, but I have not seen any Pov "options" that allow you to tell it to render one or two sided faces. I believe this will have to be accomplished with code. Hope this helps, Les |

Paul,
You may also want to look at Pov Help Section; "6.7.9 Interior Texture" This may be closer to what you need, but I'm not sure. Les |

Thanks Les - doesn't seem to quite cover what I need to do.
... I think it just means I need to read a lot more of the POVray manual to get a better understanding of it's workings. |
