a deep sea diver WIP. Just started it. and i rendered in pov ray. by the way i am having troubles with pov ray-if you care to see what's going on this is the link to the thread
my thread on my problem with pov ray

any way when this WIP is finished i'll have the diver looking way better and probably in a fish tank. we'll see.

still working on this a couple hours later from starting. -had to go to work.

any way i'm starting to make the actual fish tank, and as of yet this is the only thing in it.

a little post filtering was done in photoshop to give it a dirty/noise with a slight color adjustment.

here are some more updated pic with colored fish tank rocks and some fake plant life. i will be adding a fish and some other stuff among the water. i also made new gloves for the diver figure. the other ones were just spheres these are a couple of extrudes with a lathe object, and then smoothed. still working on it. any comments welcome.

Looking good - much better gloves.
not sure abouth the air bubbles though (are they bubble in the left hand picture ?)

I think this would make a good challenge for amabilis to run "things you could find in a fish tank" - then all the models could be made into one picture....

Looks good Korben.Will you be animating him/her.
Would look nice with him walking along the seabed trailing the air hose and a bit of a challenge as well.

Really like it Big Grin Hands are tough- I keep counting the fingers because it looks like there's 8! That's probably why Mickey and Donald, etc. only have 3.

thanks-there are 4 fingers and one thumb on each hand. i don't know i think i am starting ot get board of this one-eveb though it has been 3 days-i'll keep working in it though.
