There was a post the other day requesting a spring which started me off playing....

Forgot to add...
These took about 2 or 3 mins to make using the new ( ?) "remember" settings - just a cylinder with one end shifted (remember shift settings (7 deg up and 30 deg round)) then it was a case of extrude/shift untill I had a full circle then copy/paste the object and move into position, merge with the other parts and use the "weld to range" plugin to remove the touching faces, after all that a quick smooth object to, er, smooth it  Took longer to type than do ... I will try to do one of my animations to show it all...... |
