I dont know why support is not helping me out but I have tried emailing them twice about a problem I am having with 3d canvas and nothing. Has anyone had a problem where 3d canvas says you dont have the right version of internet explorer but you do. What can you do, I have tried uninstalling it and installing it I have moved the files like it said on the faq and nothing. What can I do and who do I ask or talk to?
