I just migrated to a new lap-top and cannot get 3D-Canvas to install.

Model: 236641U
Processor: Family 15 Model 2 1.8
Bios: Phoenix 4.0 R6.0
OS: MS Win-2000 Pro (V5.0 build 2195)
Video: 1024x768 in 32bit color, ATI Mobility Radeon     7500 V6.13

The ERRORS I receive are: 1931 "cannot update system fileC:\.....msscript.ocx" and 1904 "Module D:\... 3dcsg.dll failed to register.

If I try to startup the program nothing happens.

The msscript.ocx error is not significant, but the 3dcsg.dll error is. This should help: http://www.amabilis.com/faq.htm#1904

I'm getting the same error on install(Error 1931). I continue the install anyway and it completes, but when I run it and it does that compatibilty test my computer reboots. Not sure whats going on.

The rebooting problem is a driver problem that can probably be resolved by installing an updated graphics chip driver.
