How do you adjust the axis of an object?
I want to make a propeller, but I want it to
rotate diagonally instead of verticle.  

The Shift operation. There are rotation parameters for it to rotate the object around it's axis. Or you can use the Shift tool to rotate the axis (holding down the ctrl-key as you do it). That the Shift tool is less precise.

The same way. The Shift operation. If you have a multi-part model you will need to select all objects. See the scaling tutorial for more info on that. (http://www.amabilisplus.com/3DCanvasDocumentation/tutorialscaling.htm)

Have a look at the msts plugin pack (http://www.amabilis.com/mediadownloads.htm#Scripts)
as it has a shift centre plugin that might help you.

Alan, it seems the student has surpassed the master. Yes that script would probably work better. :-[
