I've been running 6.5.1.0 on my laptop with no problem. I went to d/l the latest upgrades, and of course, did as instructed and uninstalled the current version. After the installation, I tried to start the program and got the error91 message which says something about a Windows data access componant which would be fixed if I install WinXP SP2.

The problem is I've installed that months ago. I ran Windows Update and it says nothing is needed.

What do I do??

Regards,
Hank

Probably DAO360.DLL is not properly registered. It can be registered using REGSVR32.EXE. To do this search your computer for "REGSVR32.EXE" and "DAO360.DLL". Then open a command prompt and enter "path\REGSVR32 path\DAO360.DLL". You should get a response of "registered" or something similar.
