Hi.
I was using 3DC7 and, to check the model I was working on, I changed the view. Then I tried to go back to the default view and I got Run Time error 0. That was a week ago and I can't get back to normal. I know this is a minor minor problem and the answer is probably right in front of me, but how can I restore 3DC7 to factory settings. I thought of uninstalling and reinstalling, but I still have 3DC6 installed, I think is is slightly more stable than 7. In add remove programs, I can only find one reference to 3DC and I have no idea if it is 6 or 7 or both. Is there anyway to fix 7 without losing 6? Thanks in advance. |

Here is where 3DC7 stores it's settings
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\3D Canvas 7\Application 3DC6 stores them in another key so it's safe to delete this one (or scan through the list to find the view that's causing the problem) |

Surely there must be an easier way to get back to the orinal settings similar to photoshop ctrl/alt/shift combination.

Hi.
Sorry about leaving this reply for so long. I put it off for a day, did some 3Ding and...well. Sorry about that. Deleting the registry erased all settings, I had to use the repair function of the 3DC installer, but after that everything was back to normal. Thank you Paul - Reddkryten. |
